Sizing
Soon there will be a download for you to check your size before you order a ring. However it is still possible for you to order your ring in any size. To find out what your finger size is, the best and most accurate way is to visit a local jeweller and ask them to check. It will be a letter from A - Z.

Please then include this information when you place the order. William Cheshire can also send you a plastic finger sizing strap in the post free of charge. This has instructions on it. Please provide a full postal address.

If once purchased your jewellery doesn't fit we are happy to make adjustments. Please contact us by phone or email. Where a size cannot be supplied there will be a charge passed on to the customer to make further adjustments if the ring does not fit.


Caring for you jewellery
William Cheshire makes sure your purchase is made to the highest standards. But just like any precious item jewellery needs care. Silver and Gold polishing cloths can be purchased from many retailers. This will help keep the lustre of your jewellery. If you require any specialist cleaning advice please contact us via email or by phone.

Delivery
All items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of 8 GBP. Please supply a full postal address when ordering. If you wish to have the item delivered to an alternative address or in privacy please specify by e-mail or phone when placing the order.

Stock items can be delivered in two working days of clearing payment. However some items are made to order and sent in approximately 15 working days. We will inform you when ordering if your item is in stock and how long it will take to deliver. If you are not satisfied with the order time please state any special requirements and we will endeavour to help you. Items can also be picked up from our workshop.

If in some way you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within ten working days with proof of purchase in unworn condition and we will refund you in full.
